What personal data do we collect?
We collect personal data so that you’re able to register and/or place orders at villervalla.se. The personal information that is stored is the following:
Customer account registration: First name, Last name, E-mail, Address, Postal code, City, Country and Phone number.
Order registration: IP address, First name, Last name, E-mail, Address, Postal code, City, Country and Phone number.
Personal data we and our payment providers save when you make a purchase
Our payment options include Klarna, PayPal and Nets. All these services have their own terms and policies in which you’re approving by choosing their payment service and by approving our sales terms. The information is kept in order to fulfil the agreement between us and you as a customer.
The purchase will also be registered in our ERP, Pyramid. According to the Swedish law Bokföringslagen, the information must be stored for 7 years. Information that is being stored is the following:
First name, Last name, Address of the invoice including Address, Postal code and City, Delivery address including address, Postal code and City, Date of transaction, Purchase order number, Ordered items and prices, E-mail address and Mobile phone number.
Order confirmation and delivery confirmation
When an order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. If you by any reason provide incorrect information when placing the order, such as delivery address or invoice address, we are able to correct this if contacting us immediately.
We will send the delivery confirmation to your e-mail address when your order has been delivered.
PostNord and UPS (for shipment)
We deliver our orders with shipping companies PostNord and UPS. When your order has been placed, your delivery information will automatically be sent to PostNord or UPS. They will store your First name, Last name, Delivery address. E-mail address and Phone number. Pacsoft Online (PostNord) is saving it for 6 months. UPS is saving it for 3 months. Shipment confirmation or information about the delivery is provided by e-mail or text message.
Newsletter registration
We would love to share our campaigns and news with you! There are three different ways for you to approve us sending you newsletters:
- By clicking ”Subscribe to our newsletter” in the footer of our website. In this case, we will only store your e-mail address.
- When you first register at villervalla.se you’re able to sign up for the newsletter when filling in your personal -information
- When making a purchase at villervalla.se it’s possible to tick a box at the checkout to subscribe to the newsletter. By doing this, your first name, last name and e-mail address will be stored.
To send our e-mails to you, we use a program called MailChimp. This is where the personal information is stored. It’s possible to unsubscribe the newsletter by using the unsubscribe link available in every newsletter, or by contacting us at info@villervalla.se.
Customer support through e-mail
For us to be able to help you through e-mail, we need your name and e-mail address. For some cases we also need your purchase order number.
For how long will my personal data be stored?
Personal information will be saved for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of collecting them. E-mail addresses collected with your consent will be stored until subscribing, or until consent is revoked through contacting us.
