How to choose the right ski clothes for your child
No matter if you're a child or an adult; skiing is an unbeatable feeling on a sunny winter day. However, the experience gets better or worse depending on how you're dressed.

Durable winter clothes ready for the ski slope
For a child who is not that active, our winter jackets and winter trousers will do the trick. They are durable, warm, breathable, got a comfy fit and thanks to water column 8000 they withstand water.
Our winter clothes have taped seams to prevent water from penetrating, adjustable and removable hoods, adjustable cuffs, reinforcements on the bottom and knees, practical pockets, and reflexes. Since they've got bright and joyful colors with a unique design, the child is also more visible. Put a fleece sweater or fleece jacket underneath and your kid is warm even in cold temperatures for a longer period.

Option 2: The three-layer principle
For more active kids, or if you're out in truly cold temperatures, the three-layer principle is a good option. It makes it easy to be sure the child doesn't get too hot or too cold. The principle consists of three layers:
- Underwear consisting of warming and breathable merino wool for example. When it's not that cold outside, our soft cotton knitwear is a comfy alternative as the first layer
- An intermediate layer of, for example, fleece jacket/fleece sweater or wool garments
- An outer layer that protects against all kinds of weather, which is durable, breathable and wind and water repellent
By putting on or taking off layers, you can easily regulate the body temperature.
Durable, warm, and breathable shell clothing

Should I go with shell overall or shell pants + shell jacket?
Whether to buy a shell overall or shell jacket and shell trousers is first a matter of taste. A shell overall is easy to put on and off and comfy to wear and snow does not risk getting inside gaps by the waist.
On the other hand, shell trousers in combination with a shell jacket are more flexible as they can be worn separately, which is perfect if you combine skiing with a coffee break inside, for example.
